MAY 30 to JUNE 9, 2019 The 19th annual FunnyFest Calgary Comedy Festival takes place over 11 days & nights providing comedy at 11 venues, with 6 performers per show, 2 shows per night and with 11 comedy themes. Over 11,000 punch lines! FunnyFest does it all -- from high brow to low brow and everything in between!  Comedy performers for the 2019 festival include: Kevin Farley has truly established himself as a comedic presence both on the big screen and television. Farley worked with Adam Sandler in "The Waterboy" and was featured in the comedic films Black Sheep and Beverly Hills Ninja. Farley has also been seen in numerous hit TV series such as That '70s Show, 3rd Rock from the Sun, Joey, Just Shoot Me, Curb Your Enthusiasm, United States of Tara, True Jackson, VP and many more. Kelly Taylor is Saskatchewan’s best export after wheat! Kelly is an every man with an incredible story telling ability, combined with offering ridiculous self-deflating ridicule. Kelly is featured on the CBC’s The Debators and on his 1 hour TV special hosted on “The Comedy Network”. Kelly is a long-time FunnyFest Calgary Comedy Festival favourite! Tommy Savitt aka “The Tommy Lama” – 5 time FunnyFest favourite. Winner of Boston Comedy Festival & Seattle International Comedy Competition; 2 time recipient of the LA Comedy Award for Stand-Up. The Tommy Lama Comedy Experience is a comedy spoof on the get-rich quick, self-help, and life coach gurus in America Today. "The Tommy Lama Experience" has enjoyed extended performances at Las Vegas' Tropicana and Stratosphere Hotels. Sterling Scott is very funny. Super energetic and enable to engage a venue with raucous laughter! Sterling Scott won the 2013 annual FunnyFest Talent Search. Sean Lecomber was the winner of the 2007 Just for Laughs homegrown competition. Sean has a 1 hour special on TV’s Comedy Network & was on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno AND CBC’s ‘The Debaters’. Sean is a dry wit that will keep you laughing all the way home. Jamie Hutchinson has been entertaining audiences across the country for over 20 years. Jamie has appeared on CBC’s Comics, Madly Off in All Directions, Corner Gas. Delivering a smooth stand-up style to the comedy stage Hutchinson shares humour from his life’s experiences. Stu Hughes is an over-the-top risk taker, who ascends to silliness, and yet is authentically eccentric. Andrew Albert from New Brunswick, he brings his unique point of view to the West. Dale Ward – Winner 2017 FunnyFest Talent Search. Leif Oleson-MaCormack Winner of the 2019 FunnyFest Comedy competition. Chris Gordon’s originality has made an impact: as the top comedian on CBC’s “So You Think You’re Funny?”; in the Seattle International Comedy Competition; being featured on NBC’s Last Comic Standing --- his appeal is undeniable.
