Winner of 2012 Where to Dine Award.
Alberta has always been known as the place to get a good steak dinner. But in 2002, Catch Restaurant and Oyster Bar opened its doors, and landlocked seafood lovers have been rejoicing ever since.
The items on Catch's menu – lobster, scallops, fish – have all been caught that day and flown in from the coast, so whatever your eating is as fresh as humanly possible. The "restaurant" combines three dining experiences on three levels – on the first floor, a "San-Francisco style" oyster bar, casual and full of fun, on the second floor, an elegant dining room, and on the third floor, The Atrium, with stunning views of the city.
The restaurant works closely with the Vancouver Aquarium Ocean Wise program to make sure they're offering a sustainable menu. Book online reservations at www.opentable.com.
