A visit to the Haskayne Mercantile Block at Heritage Park is pretty much like a shopping trip through time. Have an old-fashioned sepia portrait taken at the Park Lane studio. Explore the Corner Emporium, and take home a vintage toy, book, or your very own sock monkey. Or browse the jewelry and clothing in the Plaza Mercantile, hunt for a treasure in the antiques and collectables shop, then stop in at Switzer’s and discover gourmet Canadian jams, and sauces and quality kitchen wares.

Located before the park gates in the Heritage Town Square, the Haskayne Mercantile Block includes four retail stores and an antique portrait studio; open year-round from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. for your convenience. These distinctive shops are open to the public and don't require park admission. Inside the shop's authentic 1930s, 40s and 50s decor you will find unique gifts, household items, books, fashion accessories, gourmet edibles, including the park's famous homemade fudge, and antiques.
